FAMAG 1621 is a ball-bearing depth-stop designed for use with FAMAG Forstner bits (F1622, F1623, F1624, F1630, F1663, F1664) and Bormax® counterbores. Simply mount the collar on the bit shank, adjust the depth, and lock it in place to drill blind holes with exact, repeatable depth—every time. The ball-bearing cage ensures no marring of your workpiece, while interchangeable guide bushings center the tool perfectly in pre-drilled cores

⚙️ How to Use

Pre-Drill Core Hole: Use the correct pilot or centre drill to match your guide bushing’s ID.

Install Bushing: Slide the bush onto the depth-stop collar until it seats firmly.

Mount on Bit: Push the assembly onto the bit shank and secure the circlip.

Set Depth: Rotate the collar to the desired stop position and tighten the locking screw.

Drill: Drill your blind hole—bearings will roll smoothly against the workpiece, halting the bit exactly at set depth.

For Deeper Holes: Flip the guide bushing to increase available travel before re-locking.
