Shipping and Delivery Policy

Dispatch Times:

Items listed as being stock will normally be dispatched quickly. Non-stock items will take approximately 1-3 weeks (dependant on stock code).

Please note that whilst we will use the specified delivery service, we do not have control over our third party carriers. Delays are out of our control including postal strikes.

Returns

Items not required

We have a 30-day return policy which means you have 30 days, after receiving your item, to request a return. Please email us quoting your order number and the reason for the return and we will assign you a returns number.

Return the item in its original unopened condition and at your cost including packaging. You will have to arrange the return of the goods yourself and track them using a reputable carrier.

Once we have received and inspected the goods we will issue a full refund of the sales price should all the conditions of return be met.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Unfortunately we cannot accept returns on special/custom products. If you need any help in ordering these products please give us a call as we are more than happy to make sure you receive the exact product you require.

We also cannot accept returns on clearance products.

Faulty, Incorrectly Supplied or Damaged Items - 5 Days to Return

If we have supplied an item incorrectly, or if it is damaged or is faulty when received, you should notify us within 24 hours of receipt on 01494 534755 or orders@famagtools.co.uk  quoting your original order number. 

We will arrange the uplift of the goods. Should we, after inspection of said items be satisfied as to the alleged defects we will either replace the goods or arrange a refund of the full value of the goods and any carriage costs incurred.

It is advisable to inspect the goods prior to signing for delivery. If you can see any damage whatsoever to the packaging, sign for the goods as damaged. If this is not possible please ensure you sign for the goods unexamined to allow us to take any claims up with our delivery partners if necessary.
